Types of Cooperative Societies

परिभाषा: Cooperative societies are classified by the main activity they perform for members — such as credit, agriculture (PACS), dairy, consumer, marketing, housing, labour, processing, and apex/federation bodies.

"Type" simply tells you what the society mainly does — lend money, sell milk, run a shop, build houses, and so on. The activity decides which records and reports matter most.
