Member Duties
परिभाषा: Member duties are the responsibilities a member owes the society — such as using its services, paying dues on time, participating in meetings and decisions, following the byelaws, and acting in the society's collective interest.
Being a member is not only rights — it also means doing your part: using the society, paying on time, voting, and following the rules.
सदस्य के कर्तव्य वे ज़िम्मेदारियाँ हैं जो सदस्य को समिति के प्रति निभानी होती हैं — समिति की सेवाएँ इस्तेमाल करना, बकाया समय पर चुकाना, बैठकों व फैसलों में भाग लेना, नियमों (उपविधि) का पालन करना, और समिति के साझा हित में काम करना।
The obligations that balance a member's rights — participation, timely payment, rule-following, and loyalty to the cooperative.
A society works only when members do their part. Clear duties support recovery, quorum, and good governance — all reflected in the society's records.
