Cooperative Lifecycle
The cooperative lifecycle is the sequence of stages a society passes through — formation and registration, day-to-day operation, annual audit and AGM, growth, and (if needed) dissolution — each with its own duties and records.
It is the "life story" of a society: it is formed and registered, runs and serves members, gets audited and holds its AGM each year, grows, and eventually may close.
The stages from registration through operation, audit/AGM, growth, and dissolution — a map of what a society does over its life.
Seeing the lifecycle shows when each task (registration, yearly audit, AGM, year-end close) happens — and where SahakarLekha helps at each stage.
